Las ventas de ciclomotores, motocicletas y quads siguen con enormes descensos en julio pese a la reciente entrada en vigor del Plan Moto-E. Los ciclomotores cayeron un 47,24% sus ventas respecto al mismo mes de 2008, que ya fue crítico, y mantienen una caída en el acumulado del año de un 53,38%. Las motocicletas caen un 34,35% respecto a julio 2008 y descienden un 44,01 en el acumulado del año. Conjuntamente, las motos y los ciclomotores caen un 46,68% en el total del año.
Los quads y ATV, por su parte, se desploman aún en mayor medida. En julio han descendido sus ventas un 46,73%, lo que consolida una caída de un 50,03% en lo que va de año.
El Plan Moto-E ha entrado en vigor pero el Ministerio de Industria aún no ha designado a la empresa colaboradora que liquidará las ayudas, tal y como recoge el Real Decreto y como ha ocurrido en el análogo plan de ayudas a la automoción. Es urgente que se completen todos estos detalles administrativos por parte de Industria para que el Plan, que ha sido acogido muy positivamente en el sector, pueda conseguir los mejores resultados posibles.
También es importante que todas las comunidades autónomas se adhieran al Plan, para reactivar las ventas de un sector del que dependen 30.000 empleos directos e indirectos en España. De momento, sólo las comunidades autónomas de Catalunya y Asturias han anunciado públicamente que aportarán una cantidad equivalente a la del Gobierno, que es de 75 euros para los ciclomotores, 175 euros para las motocicletas de hasta 250 cc. y 250 euros para las motocicletas de cilindrada superior.
El compromiso de la industria de las dos ruedas, por su parte, consiste en aportar el doble de la cantidad prevista por el Gobierno en cada una de las categorías. ANESDOR se ha dirigido ya oficialmente por carta a cada una de las autonomías pidiéndoles que se sumen al plan.
José María Riaño (secretario general de ANESDOR): "Estamos viendo que el Plan ha tenido efectos muy positivos en los coches, por lo que necesitamos lo antes posible que Industria complete el protocolo legal del plan en las motos, así como que las Comunidades Autónomas, como ya han hecho Asturias y Cataluña, se sumen al plan lo antes posible”.
